This 310sqm property on strip integral footings with floor slab connected by reinforcing had subsided up to 90mm, had internal cracks and doors and windows were jammed. URETEK work took 3 days and the building was re-levelled to within 20mm as specified by the engineers.

A concrete slab on ground home with settlement up to 84mm over 80% of the house footings and floor had minimal other structural damage caused by the earthquake. The home was re-levelled to within 15mm across the dwelling in 2 days.
