Home with subsidence up to 90mm

Christchurch property with 90mm subsidence now fixed

This 310sqm property on strip integral footings with floor slab connected by reinforcing had subsided up to 90mm, had internal cracks and doors and windows were jammed. URETEK work took 3 days and the building was re-levelled to within 20mm as specified by the engineers.

In 2 days this home was repaired so windows and doors now work properly

A concrete slab on ground home with settlement up to 84mm over 80% of the house footings and floor had minimal other structural damage caused by the earthquake.  The home was re-levelled to within 15mm across the dwelling in 2 days.
